This program is designed to start teaching children the importance and proper structure of an exercise or training program. The classes will focus on areas such as warm-up, flexibility, mobility, running mechanics, agility, full-body strength, and core work.

Ages: 8-12

The class is taught by Certified Personal Trainer, Luke Pruett.

Dates: November 15 - December 15

Time: Monday's or Wednesday's @ 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Member Fee: $60
