• Simply have your friend write your name on the Get-A-Members, Get-A- Month Registration form; and when they sign up for membership you become eligible for one-free month of membership!

Spread the word by passing out more of the Get-A-Member, Get-A-Month forms to your friends.

• There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer

NOTE: The FREE month of membership offer becomes valid when incoming member joins as a new, first time member of the Lakota Family YMCA. New, qualifying members must notify the Welcome Center staff of the referral upon joining; by presenting the completed "Get A Member, Get A Month" form.
